Refund policy

At JT Performance, we value your satisfaction and aim to be fair and transparent in every transaction. Please read the following terms regarding exchanges, refunds, and our optional buy-back process.

Exchange or Refund

All sales are considered final; however, we review requests for exchanges or refunds on a case-by-case basis. In general, to be eligible:

• The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
• You must contact us via email with your purchase receipt and product details

We are committed to complying with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA). If your item is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t meet the guarantees set out under the CGA, please contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue fairly.

Buy-Back Option

If an item has been opened or used, you may request a buy-back. These requests are assessed individually and are not guaranteed. Please contact us via email with your receipt and product details. All buy-back decisions are at our sole discretion.
